中医治疗卒中后疲劳刍议

Discussion on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Post-stroke Fatigue

卒中后疲劳在西方医学已经引起重视,而中医学对卒中后疲劳的了解还比较少。通过查阅近年来对中医关于卒中后疲劳的文献,研究分析认为卒中后疲劳病位在脑,本虚标实,临床症候以气虚型为主。现代中医方药多用益气方、补肝方、化痰方治疗,也有学者研究表明头针、耳针、电针、热敏灸等对卒中后疲劳也有比较满意的疗效。

Post stroke fatigue has been paid more attention in western medicine,and the understanding of TCM on post stroke fatigue is still relatively low. Through the review of traditional Chinese medicine on the fatigue of the literature in recent years,the researchers analyzed that Po SF patients＇ disease is in the brain and the virtual reality. The main clinical symptoms is Qi-deficiency type. Modern TCM physicians use prescription of Replenishing Qi Decoction,also some researchers use scalp acupuncture,ear acupuncture,electroacupuncture,thermal moxibustion etc. on post stroke fatigue. All these are significant effect.
