乌司他丁配合中药灌肠治疗对急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α及IL-2水平影响研究

Effect of Serum Levels of IL-2 and TNF-α by Ulinastatin Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨乌司他丁配合中药灌肠治疗对急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α及IL-2水平的影响。方法:收集我院急性胰腺炎患者的50例,随机分为实验组与对照组,各25例,对照组患者给予乌司他丁,实验组患者在对照组的治疗基础上配合中药灌肠治疗。比较两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)及血清脂肪酶(Lipase,LPS)及两组临床总有效率。结果:治疗结束后两组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及LPS降低(P<0.05),IL-2水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及LPS较低(P<0.05);IL-2水平较高(P<0.05);临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁配合中药灌肠对急性胰腺炎的治疗可能是通过调节TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8及LPS水平实现的。

Objective：To investigate the serum levels of IL-2 and TNF-α by ulinastatin combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods：50 patients with acute pancreatitis from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 25 cases in each group. The control group were treated by ulinastatin and the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with traditional Chinese medicine enema. The TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,LPS and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results：Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 and LPS were lower（P〈0.05）,the IL-2 level was higher（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group,the serum levels of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 and LPS were lower（P〈0.05）,the IL-2 level was higher（P〈0.05）,the clinical total effective rate was higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The protective effect of ulinastatin combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema on acute pancreatitis treatment may be through the regulating of the TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and LPS levels.
