摘要
近年来针灸治疗中风后假性球麻痹的临床研究取得了肯定的疗效,尤其在针刺取穴手法治疗等方面取得了一定成果。该研究对近10年来临床研究进行综述,笔者主要对其针灸疗法和综合疗法两方面进行总结与探讨,旨在对针灸治疗假性球麻痹的研究和临床提供参考依据,并指出针灸是治疗该病证的重要有效方法。
In rencent years,research of acupuncture treatment of pseudo bulbar palsy affter stroke has obtained the certain effect,espcially in finding acupuncture manipulation treatment. Nearly 10 years clinical studies were reviewed,the author mainly sunmmary and discuss the acupuncture therapy and comprehensive therapy,aimed at the study of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pseudo bulbar palsy and clinical provide a reference basis,and points out that acupuncture has effective methods for the treatment of this disease.
