廉泉与旁廉泉局部解剖与吞咽障碍治疗相关性探讨

Investigation of Relevance between Partial Anatomy of Lianquan&Panglianquan and Treatment of Dysphagia

目的:探讨廉泉穴与旁廉泉的局部解剖结构与吞咽障碍治疗的相关性。方法:从穴位分布、经络循行、局部解剖以及实验研究等多角度分析廉泉、旁廉泉治疗吞咽障碍的机理。结果:廉泉与左右旁廉泉三穴,位于咽喉部,针刺时对针下组织结构的刺激作用能够改善局部循环,增强神经肌肉兴奋性,以促进吞咽功能恢复。结论:脑卒中后吞咽障碍的机制复杂,有一定的治疗难度,从局部解剖角度分析支持运用廉泉与旁廉泉治疗该病具有理论基础和临床疗效,此方法值得推广。

Objective：This paper is go to investigate the relevance between the partial anatomy structure of LianquanPanglianquan and the treatment of dysphagia. Methods：From the perspective of the meridian distribution,partial anatomy and experimental research analyze the mechanism of dysphagia of Lianquan and Panglianquan. Results：Lianquan and Panglianquan,these three acupuncture points are located in the part of pharynx,when they are acupunctured,local circulation and neuromuscular excitability improved to promote the recovery of the function of deglutition. Conclusion：The mechanism of the post-stroke dysphagia is complicated,it has certain difficulty,from the perspective of partial anatomy to analyze,support and apply Lianquan and Panglianquan to treat this disease,which has theoretical foundation,besides,this approach is worthy of promoting widely.
