不孕症针灸临床研究特点概述

Characteristics Review of Clinical Studies on Acupuncture—moxibustion for Infertility

该文通过回顾2004—2014年中国知网数据库公开发表的文献资料,对针灸治疗不孕症临床研究中的不孕症诊断标准、治疗方法、临床对照、选穴分布、辨证施治及补泻手法等规律和特点进行了分析和总结。近十年来不孕症的针灸临床研究取得了一定的进展,特别是针药结合治疗不孕症有较大优势。但同时也存在研究参考标准不统一、研究数据不全、研究水平较低等一系列问题,有待进一步完善。

Through reviewing the literatures of CNKI published from 2004 to 2014,this article analyzed and summarized the regularity and characteristics of the diagnosis criteria,therapy,controlled clinical,distribution of acupoint selection,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and fill-reducing techniques in the clinical studies on acupuncture-moxibustion for infertility.In recent ten years,research of acupuncture has made progress in clinical studies,especially the combination of acupuncture with herb therapy has great advantage for infertility. At the mean time,many problems exist such as reference standards are inconsistent,deficiency of data and low research level,it is should be further improved.
