腹针疗法治疗脑积水应用初探

Study on the Treatment of Hydrocephalus Application of Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy

目的:结合文献研究及临床应用实践,论述腹针疗法在脑积水临床治疗中的重要性。方法:中医学认为脑积水为六淫、痰饮、瘀血、外伤、中毒等病因导致脑髓失养,脑之真气不能敷布,水湿停积于脑而引起神明异常,病以本虚标实者为多。腹针疗法充分体现了中医学整体观念、辨证施治两大特点,方法上使脏腑、经络、局部同时并举,且临床疗效持久、稳定,易于患者接受。结果:应用腹针疗法治疗脑积水,创立了补养脑髓、敷布真气、治理水湿、促通神明的治疗思路,取得较好疗效。结论:腹针疗法从理论到实践对治疗脑积水有着非常重要的价值,值得进一步临床研究。

Objective：Combined with literature research and clinical practice,this paper discusses the importance of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of hydrocephalus. Methods：Traditional Chinese medicine considers hydrocephalus was caused by six exopathogens,phlegm,blood stasis,trauma,poisoning and etc. So cerebral medulla dystrophy,vital Qi of brain could＇t compress,water wet stop in the brain and cause abnormal disease of the gods,more empty mark real syndrome. Abdominal acupuncture fully reflects the two characteristics of the overall concept and syndrome differentiation,the viscera and meridians,locality develop simultaneously,and the clinical curative effect is lasting,stable,easy to be accepted by patients. Results：Using abdominal acupuncture theropy to treat hydrocephalus,nourishing brain,compressing vital Qi,managing water wet,promoting through the gods,has a good curative effect. Conclusion：Abdominal acupuncture has a very important value for the treatment of hydrocephalus from theory to practice,worthy of further clinical research.
