活血化瘀法治疗脑出血急性期疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Acute Phase of Cerebral Hemorrhage with Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Method

目的:探讨中医活血化瘀法在脑出血急性期治疗中的应用效果。方法:将82例高血压脑出血急性期患者按照随机数字表法均分为中医组和西医组(每组41例),西医组实施西医常规治疗,中医组在西医组治疗基础上加用活血化瘀方治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:中医组基本痊愈和总有效率分别为51.22%、90.24%,与西医组的29.27%、80.49%比较均显著提高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的改良Rankin评分、NIHSS评分较治疗前均有显著改善,但中医组优于西医组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见肝、肾功能损害等严重并发症,两组并发症比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医活血化瘀法治疗脑出血急性期能有效提高治疗效果,且不增加毒副反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。

Objective：To explore the application effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：82 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage acute stage patients according to the random number table sharing method Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group（n=41）,Western medicine group was implemented routine treatment of Western medicine,TCM group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction on the basis of Western medicine group,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results：The basic recovery rate and total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group were 51.22%,90.24% and 80.49%,respectively,compared with Western medicine group were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Treatment in the two groups after the modified Rankin score,NIHSS score compared with pretherapy were significantly improved,but traditional Chinese medicine group was better than Western medicine group（P〈0.05）;during the treatment in the two groups were no liver and kidney function damage and other serious complications,complications of the two groups were no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase can effectively improve the treatment effect,and does not increase the toxic and side effects,was a safe and effective treatment program.
