肝失疏泄与心律失常的相关性研究

Correlation between Liver Pathogenesis and Arrhythmia

目的：探讨肝失疏泄与心律失常的相关性及临床价值,以及中医从肝论治心律失常的特点。方法：选择2011年1月—2016年1月来自辽宁中医药大学附属医院、中国医科大学附属第一医院2家医院的心律失常患者88例,分为A组（45~60岁）、B组（60~80岁）两组,并对其进行分型统计。结果：心律失常患者A组48例、B组40例,其中A组肝郁气滞证32例、气虚血瘀证16例,B组肝郁气滞证18例、气虚血瘀证22例。结论：提示肝郁为导致心律失常的常见病因,心律失常的发生与肝失疏泄有密切联系。

Objective：To explore the correlation between liver pathogenesis and arrhythmia and clinical value,and the characteristics of the Chinese medicine treated from liver arrhythmia. Methods：Choose 88 patients with cardiac arrhythmias from Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of China medical university in January 2011- January 2016,divided into group A（45~60 years old）and group B（60~80 years）in the two groups,and carries on the classification statistics. Results：Cardiac arrhythmias in patients with 48 cases of group A,B group of 40 cases,in which A group of liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome and 32 cases of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in 16 cases,group B liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome 18 to 22 cases of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion：Results suggest liver depression to lead to a common cause of arrhythmia,the occurrence of arrhythmia is closely related to liver pathogenesis.
