穴位及腹部按摩对妇科腹腔镜术后尿潴留及胃肠功能障碍影响

Effects of Acupuncture Points and Abdominal Massage on Urinary Retention and Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Gynecological Laparoscopic Operation

目的:探讨穴位及腹部按摩对妇科腹腔镜术后尿潴留及胃肠功能障碍的影响。方法:将我院2014年8月—2015年3月收治的120例妇科腹腔镜手术的患者随机分组,对照组60例给予常规处理,观察组60例在对照组基础上给予穴位及腹部按摩,比较两组术后尿潴留、胃肠功能障碍的情况、舒适度。结果:观察组的尿潴留、尿路刺激征的发生率低于对照组,肠鸣音、排气、排便的恢复时间短于对照组,食欲好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各个维度的舒适度评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位及腹部按摩能够减少妇科腹腔镜患者术后尿潴留,促进胃肠功能的恢复,提高患者的舒适度。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture points and abdominal massage on urinary retention and gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods：120 cases of gynecological laparoscopic operation patients in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,the control groups with 60 cases were given conventional treatment,the observation group with 60 cases were given acupuncture points and abdominal massage bases on the control group,two groups were compared with of postoperative urinary retention,gastrointestinal dysfunction,comfort. Results：The urinary retention,urinary tract irritation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the gurgling sound,exhaust and defecation recovery time was shorter than that in the control group,appetite was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of comfort in each aspects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture points and abdominal massage can reduce postoperative urinary retention,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the comfort degree of gynecological laparoscopic operation patients.
