中医综合护理干预对经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后疼痛、并发症发生影响

Effect of TCM Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Pain and Occurrence of Complications in Patients after Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy

目的:观察中医综合护理干预对经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后疼痛、并发症的影响。方法:选取择期经皮肾镜碎石术患者90例作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组给予围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医综合护理干预,护理前后行视觉模拟评分(VAS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分,自拟护理满意度调查表行护理满意度评分,记录2组术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后护VAS评分为(1.05±1.04)分显著低于对照组,SF-36评分和护理满意度评分分别为(91.26±7.52)分、(92.36±5.27)分显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%显著低于对照组22.22%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理干预能减轻经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）comprehensive nursing intervention on pain and complications in patients after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods：90 patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group received perioperative nursing,while the observation group received TCM comprehensive nursing intervention,on the basis of the control group. The visual analogue scale（VAS）and health survey short form-36（SF-36）were performed before and after nursing. Selfdesigned nursing satisfaction questionnaires were used to perform nursing satisfaction score. The incidence rates of postoperative complications in the 2 groups were recorded. Results：The postoperative VAS score of the observation group（1.05±1.04）was significantly lower than that of the control group. SF-36 score（91.26±7.52）and nursing satisfaction score（92.36±5.27）were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group（6.67%）was significantly lower than that in the control group（22.22%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce pain and the incidence of postoperative complications in patients after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.
