专业性职业教育集团探索与研究

The Exploration and Research on Professional Vocational Education Groups

职教集团的兴起、发展为服务地方产业、促进职业教育发展发挥了重要作用。但是职教集团的发展模式单一,结构不合理,集团合作的深度与广度还不尽人意。阐述了建立专业性职业教育集团的主要优势特点、功能作用,分析提升院校实力、吸引企业参与、坚持政府导向、完善运行机制、打造品牌特色的途径,指出应整合政府行政管理部门和行业协会、专业委员会的力量,整合院校、企业、科研院所、其他组织的职业教育资源,充分发挥专业性职业教育集团功能,深化职业教育改革,以期更好地促进地方经济发展。

The rise and development of vocational education groups play a critical role m serving local industries and promoting the development of vocational education. There are still some problems, however, existing in vocational education groups, such as simple developing models, unreasonable structures and dissatisfactory depth and width of group cooperation. Thus, this paper elaborates the main advantages and functions of establishing professional vocational education groups, focusing on such crucial aspects as enhancing colleges＇ strength, attracting enterprises＇ involvement, insisting on government directions, perfecting operation systems and building brand characteristics. It is significant to integrate the power of government administration institutions with that of industry associations and specialized committees, integrate the vocational education resources in colleges, enterprises, research institutes and some other organizations, bring the role of vocational education groups into full play, and deepen the reform and development of vocational education in order to promote the development of local economy.
