文化传播类专业人才跨界培养的研究与实践——以黄山学院文化与传播学院为例

The Research and Practice of the Interdisciplinary Training of Professionals in Cultural Communication——A Case Study

作为培养人才的大学,在人才培养上也应"跨界"。而"跨界"就要调整培养计划,对课程实施全面改革。学生应以"一专"为主,以"多能"为辅,培养成为拥有新闻采写、播音主持、电视编导、新闻摄影、戏剧创作、节目主持、新媒体采编等专业技能的复合式、应用型人才。

The university, as an institute for training talents, should cross the discipline in talents training, which requires the adjustment of the training program and the implementation of comprehensive curriculum reforms. The students should focus on one major and meanwhile get ＂multi-skills＂ so as to be trained as compound applied talents who have professional skills of news covering and writing, broadcasting, television producing and directing, news photography, drama creation, program hosting and new media collecting and editing.
