沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹患者对其血清TNF-α、IL-12的影响

The Impact of Thalidomideon Serum TNF-α,IL-12 in Patients with Prurigo Nodularis

目的探讨沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效,分析其对血清TNF-α,IL-12的影响。方法选取70例结节性痒疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予沙利度胺联合复方氟米松软膏和盐酸左西替利嗪片联合复方氟米松软膏治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后血清TNF-α,IL-12水平。结果治疗组患者的临床疗效总有效率为91.43%较对照组患者71.43%显著提高,进一步分析,治疗组患者治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-12水平低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹提高了临床疗效,显著降低患者的血清TNF-α,IL-12水平,值得进一步在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thalidomide in the treatment of nodular prurigo and to analyze its effects on serum TNF-α,IL-12＇ s.Methods A total of 70 patients with prurigonodularis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was given compound Flumetasone with thalidomide ointment and control group was given levocetirizine tablets joint compound ointment with Flumetasone.Clinical efficacy,serum TNF-α and IL-12 levels were compared before and after treatment.Results Clinical efficacy in patients treated with total effective rate was at 91.43% in treatment group,71.43% in the control group of patients.TNF-α and IL-12 levels in the treatment group patients were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thalidomide in the treatment of prurigonodularis improves the clinical efficacy.Significantly reduced TNF-α,and IL-12 level in treated patient might be worthy of further exploration.
