摘要
根据硫酸生产线的规模与工艺特点,利用西门子PCS7的强大集成开发平台,设计出控制系统的总体架构。以全集成自动化理念为指导思想,运用工业以太网环网和Profibus-DP现场总线技术构建了操作管理层、过程控制层及现场设备层的三层网络结构,并完成控制系统的软、硬件和监控界面设计,实现了对整条硫酸生产线的管控一体化。系统投入使用后,运行稳定可靠,监控效果良好,达到了预期设计的目标。
According to the scale and technological characteristics of the sulfuric acid production line,the overall structure of the control system is designed by using the powerful integrated development platform of SIEMENS PCS7. Based on the concept of full integration automation,the three layer network structure of operation management,process control layer and field device layer is constructed by using industrial Ethernet ring network and Profibus- DP field bus technology,and the software and hardware of control system are designed. After the system is put into use,it runs stably and reliably,and the monitoring effect is good,and the expected design target is achieved.
