摘要 在深入分析液力变矩器各外形参数特点的基础上,主要介绍如何应用LabVIEW虚拟开发平台设计液力变矩器外形参数测量系统。通过读取和处理6路外形参数测量数据,可得所有外形参数的公差测量值,由各公差测量值可以判定被测工件外形尺寸是否合格。经过验证,证明了该测量系统设计方案的可行性,以及在工业生产中的实用性。 This paper mainly introduces how to use the LabVIEW virtual development platform to design the measurement system of hydraulic torque converter shape parameters,on the basis of in- depth analysis for each shape parameter's characteristics. It can obtain all the tolerance measurement values of the shape parameters through reading and processing the six- way shape parameters measurement data.And whether the external dimensions is qualified can be determined by these tolerance measurement values. It proves the correctness and practicality in industrial production of the measurement system,after verified.
