摘要
介绍了一种适用于强电流2.4 kA输出条件下的实时反馈跟踪调整的闭环稳压稳流的高频优化控制方案。在设计过程中,考虑到了反馈环路稳定的问题,根据电路防振荡的增益准则,改进了反馈环路中误差放大器(EA)的结构。利用高精度的线性放大器作为稳定环路中采样信号的初级响应器,同时实现了电压、电流输出可靠调整。经实验波形测试,在负载波动情况下,输出波形稳定;故障发生后,保护能快速动作。实验说明整个控制系统有很高的稳定性,达到了实时反馈跟踪调整的目的。
A real-time feedback tracking voltage and current stabilized control system applied to a high frequency power supply with heavy current 2.4 kA output is presented.In this design of control system, this paper ameliorates the architecture of error amplifier(EA) in consideration of the stability feedback loop according to gain criterion.Uti- lizing a high-precision linear amplifier as an initi&l responser to sampled signal of stabilizing circuit, achieving the re- liable adjustment to the output of voltage and current.An&lysis of waveforms shows trigger pulses have great regulation of output under fluctuation of load.It proves reliability of the design, achieves the task of real-time feedback tracking.
