三(硬脂酸)锑热稳定剂的合成与应用

摘要 以三氧化二锑和醋酸酐为原料合成中间产物——醋酸锑,再与硬脂酸反应合成新型有机锑热稳定剂——三(硬脂酸)锑,用傅里叶红外光谱分析了产物结构,采用转矩变仪对聚氯乙烯的热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明:在其他反应条件不变情况下,当反应温度达到150℃时,三(硬脂酸)锑的产率最高(67.1%);三(硬脂酸)锑可以改善PVC体系的润滑性能,当它与有机锡稳定剂以0.4∶0.9的比例配合使用时,表现出一定的协同效应。 Antimony acetate was prepared from antimony trioxide and acetic anhydride as raw mate- rials, and was subjected to reaction with stearic acid. Thus, a new kind of organic antimony thermal stabi- lizer,i, e. antimony tristearate, was prepared. The structure of the product was analyzed by Fourier trans- form infrared spectroscopy. Torque rheometer was used to research the thermal stability of PVC. Experi- ment results showed that the yield of antimony tristearate was up to 67.1% when reaction temperature was 150℃ and other conditions unchanged; antimony tristearate could improve the lubrication perform- ance of PVC system, and the combination of it with organic tin thermal stabilizer at ratio of 0.4 : 0.9 showed a synergistic effect.
