连续油管排水采气配套工艺优化及效果分析

摘要 川西气田气井普遍产水,井筒携液难,滑脱现象严重.为保证低压和高压气井稳定生产.采用连续油管进行排水采气作业。连续油管排水采气作业目前已累计实施30余井次.在应用过程中.针对连续油管底端堵塞器易遇卡且难打掉、井口坐封卡瓦抗拉强度不够、深层气井对管柱腐蚀严重等问题.研制了弃操作窗连续油管井口装置,优化了工艺流程和配套设施,提高了施工效率和安全性现场应用效果表明:连续油管排水采气工艺日趋成熟,该工艺提高了持液率,降低了气井临界携液流量,保证了正常排液和稳定生产该研究对该气田的后续开发有重要的指导意义。 Western Siehuan gasfield wells generally produce water. Carrying fluid in the wellbore is difficult, with serious slippage. In order to ensure the production stability of low and high pressure gas wells, water-drainage gas recovery operations are condueted with coiled tubing. The operations have been implemented on more than 30 wells-times accumulated. In the light of being easily stuck and difficult to be destroyed of the plug on the bottom of the coiled tubing, insufficient tensile strength of the wellhead sitting slips, and serious corrosion of the pipe strings in deep gas wells, a coiled tubing wellhead device is developed with abandoning an operating window in the process of application. The technological process and supporting facilities are optimized, with the eonstruetion efficiency and safety improved. Field application shows that the water- drainage gas recovery by coiled-tubing technology is getting mature. The process improves the liquid holdup, reduces the critical liquid-carrying flow rate of the gas well, and ensures the normal drainage and stable production. This study has important guiding significance for the development of the gasfield.
