长庆油田H级抽油杆柱设计方法探讨

摘要 长庆油田自2009年开始推广应用超高强度抽油杆.至2012年底占比已达45.7%.但尚未形成H级杆柱设计方法,通过对在用H级抽油杆室内测试与数理统计分析,获取H级杆的疲劳极限,比较奥金格、API、修正API3种H级杆柱设计方法,筛选出适用于长庆油田H级杆柱设计的修正API方法。 The application of ultra-high strength sucker rod has been popularized since 2009 in Changqing Oilfieht. Until the end of 2012 the proportion of the sucker rod reached 45.7%, but the method of designing the class H sucker-rnd strings has not been tormed. The fatigue limit of class H rods was obtained through indoor test and mathematical statistics analysis of the Class H sucker rods in use. The modified API method suitable for designing the class H sucker-rod strings in Changqing Oilfield was selected through comparison of three methods of designing class H rod strings of 1. A. Oding (И. А. ОДИИГ), API, and modified API.
