绿色发展视域下环境保护与经济发展的关系研究——基于马克思主义与生态马克思主义的绿色发展思想之比较

A Study on the Relationship between Environmental Protection and Economic Development in the Perspective of Green Development:Comparison of Green Development Thought based on Marxism and Ecological Marxism

"绿色发展"是我国在生态治理全球化背景下总结过去发展经验,结合当前经济发展新形势、新问题和新常态而提出的一种新型经济发展模式。要处理好绿色发展中环境保护与经济发展的关系问题,可以通过对比马克思主义与生态马克思主义的生态观来汲取智慧。生态马克思主义则要求在保护环境的基础上控制经济发展速度。对中国而言,保护环境与发展经济是统一的,转向绿色发展,应实现环境保护与经济发展的和谐共生。

Green development is a new model of economic development which is put forward in China under the background of the globalization of ecological governance, and is the result of summary of past development experience, combined with the current economic development of the new situation, new problems and new normal. To deal with the relationship between envi- ronmental protection and economic development in the green development, we can learn from the comparison of green develop- ment thought based on Marxism and ecological Marxism. Ecological Marxism is required to control the speed of economic devel- opment on the basis of environmental protection. For China, the protection of environment and the development of economy is the same, and turning to green development should realize the harmonious coexistence of environmental protection and economic de- velopment.
