当代农村环境污染问题分析及对策

Analysis on the Environmental Pollution in Countryside

改革开放以来,农村经济发展取得了长足进步,同时也产生了严重的环境污染问题。在深入分析了农村环境问题产生的要素因子,初步归纳了农村环境污染的主要类型,提出加强立法、增大投入、合理规划、治理污染、创新农业发展模式等措施来改善农村环境条件。

With the rural modernization speeding up since China launched its reform and opening-up policy, the environmental problems in rural area become serious. In this case, improving the quality of living environment and ecological condition development in rural area are the premises for pressing ahead with the condition to development of economy and society in rural area and building up a moderately prosperous society in all-round respects. Based on the major environmental pollution, the main reason of occurring environmental conditions in rural areas existing in the process of rural modernization were deeply analyzed. Strengthening legislation, increasing investment, rational planning, mating rational fight pollution and creating the development model of agriculture were put forward to improve the quality of economic development. When boosting economic development, we should lay emphasis on the ecological environmental protection and put the ecology in every course forsustainable growth.
