专业实践导向的加拿大教师教育课程特点及启示——以阿尔伯特大学为例 被引量:4

Professional Practice-Oriented Teacher Education Curriculum Design and Its Implementation in Canada——Taking University of Alberta as a Case

摘要 在教师专业化改革浪潮的推进下,加拿大教师教育课程改革呈现出一种专业实践导向,即强调师范生的专业实践力培养胜过于专业知识的系统传授。专业实践导向的教师教育课程建设的核心特点在于凸显师范生的整体性专业体验,以教育理论与实践的紧密结合为原则来设置与实施课程,为教师今后职业生涯中持续的专业发展奠定基础。本文主要以加拿大阿尔伯特大学为例,对其教师教育课程设置和实施进行叙述,并总结了加拿大教师教育课程体系对我国教师教育发展的有利经验。 Impelled by the reform of teachers' professionalization in Canada, teacher education curriculum change presents professional practice-orientation, which pays more attention to cultivate pre-service teachers' professional practice ability over content knowledge. The core characteristic of the curriculum development is that it highlights pre- service teachers' integrated professional experience, and combines theory and practice closely to design, and implement the curriculum, so as to lay foundation for teachers' continuing profession development in their future career life. This paper mainly takes University of Alberta as a case to present teacher education curriculum, and concludes some beneficial experience for our country.
