摘要
高校图书馆在实施知识共享服务方面存在许多障碍,如馆藏体系障碍、人员资金障碍、观念技术管理障碍等,如何克服这些障碍更好地为用户服务是图书馆所面临的重要问题。本文以此为出发点,认为必须做好实体基础、用户和馆员、技术支撑这三个方面,才能创新高校图书馆的服务模式,走可持续发展之路。高校图书馆创新知识共享服务的策略如下:以用户为中心的核心服务;以共享为理念的学习型组织机构;以知识共享为主的管理制度;以用户体验为主的门户网站;建立长期的图书馆联盟体系;构建合理的馆藏体系。
There are a lot of obstacles to the university library in the implementation of knowledge sharing services, such as collection system obstacles, staff and capital obstacles, technical management obstacles and so on. How to overcome these obstacles is an important problem to the library. This article holds that we can not succeed in innovating university library service mode and achieve sustainable develownent unless we do well in entity foundation, users and librarians, and technology support. University libraries can take the following strategies of innovating knowledge sharing service: users-centered core service, a learning organization guided by sharing concept, a management system based on knowledge sharing, construction of a reasonable library collection system, establishment of a long-term library alliance system, and a portal for user experience.
