摘要
当前,青年教师已经成为高校教师队伍的主力军,他们的专业发展水平会直接影响到高等教育的人才培养质量。制度作为大家共同遵守的办事规程和行动准则,是高校各项工作正常有效开展的基础,是高校健康有序发展的有力保障,同时还是提高教师工作效率和工作质量的重要管理手段。本研究通过对我国部分高校青年教师的实地抽样调查与回收问卷的整理分析,发现当前制度中的薪酬、培训、职称晋升、考核评价等方面的相关规定在不同程度上影响着青年教师的专业发展。为了保障高校教育质量的提升以及青年教师专业发展的顺畅性,我们应努力建立健全一个符合青年教师实际情况的规范制度体系,为青年教师专业发展提供一个强有力的制度保证。
At present, young teachers have become the main force of college teachers and their professional development level will directly affect the quality of personnel training of higher education. As the rules and criteria we all comply with, system is the foundation of the development of all kinds of work, the powerful guarantee of the healthy and orderly development of universities, and the important management means to improve the working efficiency and quality of teachers. This study discovers that the related regulations among payment, training, and promotion of positional titles and evaluation, to varying degrees, affects the professional development of young teachers via field sampling survey, reorganizing and analyzing questionnaires among part of those teachers in universities. In order to guarantee the qualiW of higher education and the smooth development of young teachers' profession, we should try our best to establish a system that completely conforms to the situation of young teachers and provide a powerful assurance of institution for the development of the young.
