A Study on Revision of Chinese Land Use Status Classifi cation Standards

本文回顾了国内土地分类的历史发展变革和国内外土地利用分类方面的研究成果,对我国主要的土地分类标准进行了深入细致的分析,归纳总结出各自的优缺点,提出了健全我国现行土地分类标准修订的总体框架,在此基础上,提出了完善现行土地分类标准的政策建议。

This paper has reviewed historical development of Chinese land classifications and research results of land use classifications at home and abroad. With a detailed analysis of major land classification standards in China, the paper has summarized strong points and weak points thereof, and put forward an overall framework to revise the current national land classification standards. On this basis, it presents some political recommendations to improve the current land classification standards.
