摘要
阐述了制动盘材料物理性能参数及其影响因素,以及参数高温变化关系;通过将材料物理性能参数如导热系数、比热系数以及线膨胀系数等进行定量浮动变化后进行制动盘同工况条件下热机耦合仿真分析,察看制动盘温度场和热应力场变化情况,定量分析制动盘材料物理参数热敏感性程度;通过敏感性分析,为制动盘工艺优化参数提供理论依据,降低制动盘在使用过程中的温升和最高应力数值,延长使用寿命。
It's expatiated that the influencing factors of physical property parameter of material used on brake discs and the relationship on param- eter variation with temperature. Through quantitatively changing the physical property parameter of material such as thermal conductivity, spe- cific heat coefficient and linear expansion coefficient, it will do the analysis and observe the changes of brake disc temperature and stress field, quantitatively analyzed physical parameters of thermal sensitivity degree of brake disc. Through sensitivity analysis, provide a theoretical basis to reduce the temperature and stress of brake disc and prolong the service life.
