摘要
目的:优选超声提取鸡冠花总黄酮的提取工艺,并测定其不同产地、采收期总黄酮含量。方法:以总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验优选鸡冠花中总黄酮的提取工艺,所得结果进行方差分析。采用优选最佳超声提取工艺比较测定10个不同产地及8-12月中旬采收的鸡冠花中总黄酮含量。结果:优选出超声辅助提取鸡冠花总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为甲醇用量50mL,提取温度为40℃,提取时间为60min;10个不同产地鸡冠花含量差异较大,安徽、河北所产鸡冠花总黄酮含量较高;11月采收的鸡冠花总黄酮含量较高。结论:该测定方法简便、快捷,其测定结果可为鸡冠花的质量控制及合理应用提供一定的依据。
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids of Celosia cristata by ultrasonography and to determine the content of total flavonoids of Celosia cristata from different habitats and of different picked time. Methods: The effects of four single-factors on the extraction of total flavonoids of Celosia cristata have been studied. And the results of the orthogonal experiment were analyzed by variance analysis. Use the best extraction technology to determine the contents of total flavonoids of Celosia cristata from different habitats and of different picked time. Results: The best extraction technology were as follows: using methanol as extractor with the ratio of material to liquid at 1 : 50 and extraction for 60min in 40℃ ; By comparing the contents of total flavonoids in Celosia cristata at different picked time and habitats, the contents of total flavonoids in medicinal materials were variable. It is conclude that the best habitat is Anhui and the best picked time of Celosia cristata is the middle of November. Conclusion: The test method is simple, fast,and be used in the preferred extraction process of total flavonoids from scutellaria industrial production.
