摘要
目的:研究比较益气软皮超微丸和常规丸剂溶出度。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定益气软皮超微丸与常规丸中总皂苷溶出量,根据威布尔(Weibull)分布模型计算溶出参数。结果:益气软皮丸实际溶出数据与Weibull分布模型结论基本符合,二者溶出参数间有显著性差异,两组样品在溶出50%、63.2%、70%、80%、90%的溶出时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),超微丸所用溶出时间明显短于普通丸。结论:超微粉碎技术可明显加快益气软皮丸中总皂苷的体外溶出度。
Objective:To compare the dissolution of Yiqi Ruanpi ultra micro pills and General pills. Methods: UV spectrophotometry method was applied to determine the dissolution of total saponins in Yiqi Ruanpi Ultra micro-pills and General pills, dissolution parameters were analyzed by Weibull distribution. ResuLts : The dissolution results of Yiqi Ruanpi pills actual dissolution datas and Weibull distribution model conclusion were basically accordant, and the Ultra micro-pills dissolutions of preparation were significantly different from General pills. Two sets of samples in the dissolution were 50%, 63. 2%, 70%, 80%, 70% of dissolution time difference were statistically significant (P〈0.05), Ultra micro pills by with dissolved out time obviously less than General pills. Conelusiou :Superfine comminution technique could significantly speed up the total saponins dissolving rate in vitro and dissolution rate in Yiqi Ruanpi pills.
