正交试验法优选白鲜皮配方颗粒提取工艺

Orthogonal Test Optimization of Dictamni Cortex Dispensing Granules Extract Technology

目的:优选白鲜皮配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以梣酮转移率及干浸膏得率为考察指标,采用正交试验法考察加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数4个参数对提取工艺的影响。结果:提取次数是白鲜皮配方颗粒提取工艺的关键因素,其次是加水量、浸泡时间和提取时间。结论:白鲜皮配方颗粒的最佳提取工艺为浸泡1h,第1、2次加水量分别为8倍、6倍,两次提取时间均为1.5h。

Objective： To optimize extraction technology of Dictamni cortex dispensing granules using orthogonal design method. Methods：the transport rate of Dictamni cortex dispensing granules as the index, the extraction times, extracting time, extraction temperature and water added as factors of the orthogonal experiment. Results： the extraction key factors as ： extraction times, water added volume.soak times and extracting tiros. Conclusion：the best extraction Dictamni cortex dispensing granules process for water added volume is 8 times.6 times,Soak for 1 hours and twice extracting time are 1.5hours.
