中医药在原发性肝癌TACE治疗中的应用研究进展

经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)是原发性肝癌最为有效的姑息性治疗手段。但因其毒副反应较大,对肝功能损害较严重,因此远期疗效欠佳。而中医药在TACE治疗肝癌时可以减毒增效,保护肝脏,改善患者临床症状,提高生存质量,已成为临床研究的热点。

Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization is the most effective palliative treatment for primary liver cancer. But the curative effect of TACE is poor as the severe liver function damage and the serious side effect. And traditional Chinese medicine is proved to be a hot spot of clinical treatment in TACE, because of the attenuated synergies, protect liver,improve clinical symptoms, improve the quality of survival, has become a hit.
