天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation of Vertigo on Tianmagoutengyin Decoction for the Treatment of Liver Yang

目的:探究天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的临床效果。方法:将720例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者随机分成观察组和对照组各360例。观察组患者给予天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,对照组患者采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发情况。结果:观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.61%、76.11%,组间临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者临床效果佳,复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type of vertigo clinical effect. Methods：720 cases of liver yang hyperactivity type of vertigo patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 360 cases. The observation group given Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction in the treatment and control group treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of up 1 year after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients and recurrence. Results：the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.61% and 76.11% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Liver yang hyperactivity type vertigo patients treated by Tianmagouteng Decoction treatment, the clinical effect is better, and lower recurrence rate, worthy o{ clinical applicationand promotion.
