无缝隙护理导向型急诊科急危重患者护理模式的构建及应用研究

Construction and application of seamless nursing model for patients with acute critically illness in Emergency Department

目的：探讨无缝隙导向型急诊科急危重症患者护理模式的构建及应用效果。方法：将2015年6~8月急诊科应用无缝隙导向型急危重症患者护理模式构建前的120例患者及家属分为对照组,将2015年10~12月应用后的120例患者及家属分为观察组,比较两组干预效果。结果：观察组干预后焦虑评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,抢救成功率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：无缝隙导向型急诊科急危重症患者护理模式的构建及应用,能够显著改善急诊科急危重症患者及家属的焦虑情绪,提高急危重症抢救成功率。

Objective： To explore the construction and application effect of seamless nursing model for patients with acute critically illness in Emergency Department. Methods： 120 patients with acute critically illness and their families in the emergency department（ from June to August 2015 before the application of seamless nursing model） were taken as the control group and other 120 patients with acute critically illness and their families（ from October to December 2015 after the application of seamless nursing model） were taken as the observation group,the intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The scores of anxiety of the patients was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention（ P 〈0. 05）; the success rate of rescue was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of seamless nursing model for patients with acute critically illness in Emergency Department can significantly alleviate the anxiety of the patients and their families and improve the success rate of rescue in the emergency treatment.
