不同针刺方法治疗缺血性中风临床观察

Clinical Observation of Different Needling Methods for Ischemic Stroke

目的研究不同针刺方法对缺血性中风患者的影响,寻找治疗中风的有效方法。方法按照随机对照原则,将纳入统计的60例患者随机分为电针组和针刺组,每组30例。两组均在内科常规治疗的基础上加针刺治疗,电针组采用电针治疗,针刺组采用普通针刺治疗。两组均采用NDS量表评分、FMA量表评分、Barthel指数评分等进行治疗前后的评价以及观察两组间的差异。结果两组治疗后NDS量表评分、FMA量表评分、Barthel指数评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中FMA量表评分、Barthel指数评分组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗缺血性中风疗效优于普通针刺治疗,电针组在改善神经功能缺损程度等方面优于针刺组。

Objective To investigate the effect of different needling methods on ischemic stroke,for seeking the effective treatment for stroke.Method By following the randomized controlled principle,the sixty enrolled patients were randomized into an electroacupuncture group and an acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were both intervened by needling treatment in addition to the conventional internal medicine management,electroacupuncture for the electroacupuncture group,and ordinary acupuncture for the acupuncture group.The Neuropathy Disability Scale（NDS）,Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA）,and Barthel Index（BI） were adopted for evaluation and comparison.Result The NDS,FMA,and BI scores were significantly changed after treatment in both groups（P〈0.01）;there were significant differences in comparing FMA and BI scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture can produce a more significant efficacy in treating ischemic stroke compared with ordinary acupuncture,electroacupuncture is also better than ordinary acupuncture in improving the neural deficit.
