摘要
【目的】将一株从阜康市食用菌栽培基地棉籽壳发酵料中的分离得到的芽孢杆菌FKB-1,依据形态学与16S r DNA序列比对明确其分类地位。【方法】采用对峙平板法进行初筛、复筛,然后利用抑菌圈法测定抑菌效果,并镜检菌丝生长情况。通过形态学观察,生理生化及16S r DNA基因序列对比分析研究其分类地位。【结果】生防细菌FKB-1对绿色木霉菌具有稳定的抑菌效果,抑菌直径率达57%;同时16S r DNA序列比对结果显示其为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。【结论】FKB-1是一株抗木霉菌的生防解淀粉芽孢杆菌。
【Objective】In order to study the bio- control bacteria FKB- 1 screened from cottonseed hull of the Experimental Station of edible fungus in Fukang City. Morphological and 16 S r DNA sequence alignment were used to identify its species. 【Method】he plate- confrontation method and antibacterial circle method were used for preliminary screening and antimicrobial testing in vitro,respectively. Meanwhile,we identified its species by physiological and biochemical characteristics,as well as 16 S r DNA gene sequence alignment.【Result】FKB- 1 showed a stable inhibitory effect against Trichoderma viride and inhibition zone diameter was57%. This bacterium was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.【Conclusion】FKB- 1 was a kind of bacillus amyloliquefaciens with bio- control to Trichoderma viride.
