提升医院患者安全管理水平的实践

Practice of improving safety management level for patients with patient's safety awareness

目的:调查县级医院医务人员对患者安全意识的现状,为改进患者安全管理工作提供依据。方法:依据美国医疗保健研究与质量局(AHRQ)安全文化标准设计问卷,对医院医务人员进行调查。结果:根据第一次调查结果实施针对性措施,第2次调查结果显示,在问卷9个维度上的得分除第2维度(学习与持续改进)无差异外,其余8个维度比第1次调查有改进(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员的患者安全意识调查与改善,对建立良好的患者安全意识氛围有重要价值。

[Objective]Toinvestigate the status quo of the patients’ safety awareness of medical staff in county hospitals ,So as to provide a basis for improvement patient’s safety management level .[Method]According to the American Health Care Research and Quality Bureau’s （AHRQ） safety culture standard ,we designedquestionnaire for medical staff in hospital .[Result]After the first survey ,the implementation of targeted measures was used .Second survey results show thatin 9 dimensions except the sec-ond one （learning and continuous improvement ） , the rest 8 dimensionswas better than those in the first survey （ P〈0 .05 ） . [Conclusion] It is important to establish a good atmosphere of patient safety awareness from investigation and improvemedical staff’s safety awareness .
