从对泛市场化的批判看供给侧改革

Critics of Pan Marketization and the Supply-side Reform

当前我国提出的供给侧改革,就是要在市场失灵时,发挥政府的作用,加强有效供给。供给侧改革的实质内涵就是要更好地发挥市场作用,优化资源配置。我国许多地方和行业在新自由主义经济理论的影响下,曾盲目地步入泛市场化的误区。泛市场化会导致政府公信力下降,阻碍经济发展,触发社会矛盾。因此,要深入开展供给侧改革,必须对泛市场化思潮进行批判。

At present, the supply side reform put forward in our country is to let the government make the deci- sion and strengthen the effective supply when the market fails to play its role. The essence of the supply side re- form is to let market play its role and to optimize the allocation of resources. Under the impact of New Liberal- ism economies theory, Pan Marketization as a phenomenon could be once identified everywhere in our country. Pan Marketization can destroy the government credibility, slow down the economic development, and trigger the social conflicts. Therefore, we must remove the influence of Pan Marketization ideology to carry out the supply- side reform in depth .
