摘要
教育部于2014年颁布的《大学英语教学指南(征求意见稿)》明确指出,"大学英语课堂教学体现以教师为主导、以学生为主体的教学理念"。可见,在大学英语教学改革这一背景下,教师必须转变自身角色以适应新的教学模式。本文通过叙事研究发现,在角色转变过程中,由于受诸多因素的制约,教学实践中教师的"实然"角色和被期望的"应然"角色无法完全实现统一。这种角色差距受到教师、学习者和教学环境三个方面的影响。
College English Teaching Guidance points out that college English teaching should embody the idea of transforming from a teacher-centered pattern to a student-centered one. Under this background,teachers must change their roles to adapt to the new teaching mode. It is found that there are differences between the roles teachers are expected to be and roles they really play in teaching. Teachers, learners and teaching atmosphere are responsible to this discrepancy.
