碳化钨对真空熔覆铁基复合涂层结构和性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 碳化钨广泛应用于复合涂层材料,可显著增强涂层耐磨性能,提高耐磨零件的使用寿命。本文采用实验对比研究了碳化钨形态和含量对真空熔覆铁基复合涂层组织和性能的影响。采用机械合金化方式改善了涂层自熔性合金粘结相与碳化钨硬质相间的浸润性能,提高了涂层的显微硬度及耐磨性能,其相对耐磨性为非合金化方式制备涂层的2—3倍。研究了不同含量碳化钨对金属基陶瓷涂层性能的影响,分析了随着碳化钨含量的增加,涂层组织、耐磨性能、显微硬度及致密度变化的机理,得出碳化钨含量为60%的涂层具有较优的性能。 Tungsten carbide can significantly enhance performance of wear-resisting coating, improve the service life of wearing parts, has been widely used in the composite coating material.The influence of the morphology and content of tungsten carbide on the microstructure and performance of Iron-based composite coating was studied by experiments in this paper.In order to improve micro- hardness and wear resistance of coating, a method of mechanical alloying(MA) is adopted to prepare powder of coating whose rela- tive wear resistance increases 2 ~ 3 times than prepared by non mechanical alloying.Through the MA, the infiltrative of coating alloy self-melting alloy bonding phase and tungsten carbide hard phase was improved.The effect of tungsten carbide in various amounts on the performance of metal ceramic coating was studied.The change mechanism of mierostructure of coating, wear resistance, microhardness and density were analyzed with the increase of tungsten carbide amount.The results show that the coating with 60% tungsten carbide could obtain optimal performance.
