摘要
对比分析了科技查新的查新点与专利的权利要求在制度规范、撰写格式、主题范围、内在关系、评价等方面的异同,旨在使查新人员对查新点和权利要求有更清晰的认识,促进相关信息咨询服务工作的顺利开展。
Comparative analysis of key points for scientific technical novelty search and patent claims in specification,writing format,subject scope,internal relations and evaluation are made in this paper. The aim was to enable relative personnel to have a more clear understanding on the two concepts and to carry out relative information services effectively.
