摘要
地方高师院校作为我国基础教育师资培养的主体,由于地域和专业等因素的限制,在新一轮教师教育的发展和竞争中将处于不利地位。地方高师院校对其毕业生实施跟踪教育,不仅能提升学校的核心竞争力,而且也是社会发展所赋予的一项新使命。基于网络环境的跟踪教育体系的构建、管理,学员的考核与激励,将使这种非学历的继续教育之构想变为现实。
The local normal colleges are the main body of basic education in our country. However, due to the limitations of their regional and professional features, they are at disadvantage in competition and development of the latest round of teachers' education. Implementing tracing education for their undergraduates by the local normal college teachers will improve their core competence, and this is also the new task endowed by social development.The constructing and management of tracing education architecture and evaluation and prompting of learners based on network will put non-diploma further education into reality.
