Specialized System Construction and Optimizing Strategy of the Higher Vocational Education in the Coastal Areas of Jiangsu Province

江苏沿海地区高职教育专业体系建设的目标定位是以培养适应沿海开发对应用型高技能人才需求为导向,专业结构与社会经济发展保持协调一致,突出江苏沿海地区主导产业和新兴产业发展的要求。高职院校要创新专业建设机制,立足学校实际,坚持稳定发展,保持适度超前,拓宽专业口径,不断完善、调整和优化专业体系策略,以应对职业岗位的多样化需求。

The targets of the specialized system construction of the higher vocational education in the coastal areas of Jiangsu province are as follows： with the demand of cultivating of applied skilled talents adapted to the coastal development as its orientation,specialty structure keeping consistent with the social and economic development,highlighting the developing demand of leading and emerging industries. In order to deal with the diversified professional post demand,higher vocational colleges have to innovate their specialty construction mechanism,based on the actual situation,adhere to the stable development,maintain appropriate leading development,widen their specialty caliber,adjust and optimize specialized system strategies.
