摘要
高职院校对学生的培养模式正从学历教育逐步向就业能力教育过渡。目前,高职院校就业能力培养主要存在以下问题:学校就业指导课程重理论、轻实践;就业指导工作开展形式单一;学生在就业能力的认识上存在误区。文章从教育主管部门、学校、家庭等方面分析问题产生的原因,认为高职院校应调整就业课程内容,加强技能训练;探索人才培养模式,实现校企合作;完善学生就业认知,深化终身学习理念,从而提高高职生的就业能力。
The training mode of higher vocational colleges is the transition from education to employment ability education. At present, the problems in the training of higher vocational colleges are as follows: emphasizing theory and neglecting practice; single form; misunderstanding. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of education authorities, schools, families and explores the path of cultivating higher vocational students' employment ability in the following ways: adjusting employment course content, strengthening the skills training,exploring the talent training mode, realizing university-enterprise cooperation, improving students' understanding upon employment and deepening the concept of life-long study
