The Research Development of Precision Machining Technology of Touch Screen Glass and Its Tools

随着手机、平板电脑及可穿戴数码产品的不断发展,触屏玻璃的材料及制作加工技术也不断推陈出新。文章综述了触屏技术分类及触屏玻璃的发展现状,阐述了触屏玻璃的加工流程,分析了各种触摸屏玻璃精密加工技术的特点以及触摸屏玻璃精密磨削金刚石磨具的发展方向。

With the continuous development of mobile phones,tablets and wearable digital products,the materials and processing technology of touch screen glass have been constantly yielding new products.Classification of touch screen technologies and the current development status of touch screen glass have been reviewed in this article.Besides,the process flow of touch screen glass has been expounded and the characteristic of precision machining technology of various types of touch screen glass and the development trend of diamond grinding tool for precision grinding of touch screen glass have been analyzed.
