With the current main engineering graduate training mode of enterprise cooperatlon,analyze common problems exist in this mode, explained the significance of colleges and enterprises training mode,proposed improvement measures.That is,strengthening communication between the internal and external mentor,and establishment of quality evaluation system, the reform of teaching evaluation system.
