摘要
根据太阳辐射度的观测资料,求出太阳瞬时辐射量的统一经验公式,为计算每天的太阳瞬时辐射量提供理论依据。利用地球和太阳的相对运动规律以及太阳的变化规律,构造一种计算地面物体接受太阳辐射量的计算方法。
According to the observation data of solar radiation,empirical formula of the instantaneous solar radiation quantity is figured out,that is an academic foundation to calculate the daily instantaneous solar radiation quantity.Constituted a calculation method to calculate the measurement of ground objects receiving the solar radiation quantity which is with the help of the law of earth and the sun＇ s relative movement.
