摘要
考虑房屋构件的关联损伤影响,在《危险房屋鉴定标准》(JGJ125-99)层次模糊评判模型中引入能反映损伤联系性的传力机制,采用传力树模型描述房屋组成部分危险性联系,给出新的房屋危险等级评定公式以及模型参数的推导方法。通过某市中小学校舍安全鉴定的应用实践表明,这种考虑损伤联系性危房评判模型能减少误评判性。
Considering the influence of relevance among multi-factors on buildings＇damage,the power transmission mechanism that can reflect the damage relevance is introduced to the appraisal standard of damage in dangerous houses （JGJ125-99）hierarchieal fuzzy evaluation model.The item description model uses the model of force-delivery tree,puts forward new housing risk and risk rating formulas derivation method of model parameters. The safety appraisal of practical application for Ezhou city primary school by Hubei province shows that the item dangerous evaluation model considering damage can reduce error of judgment.
