随着我国各项改革事业的深入展开,行政主体参与社会事务广度不断扩大,深度不断加强,行政权的扩张成为不争事实。对行政权进行必要的控制,防止行政权的滥用,以保护公民权利,减少腐败的滋生成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文总结了现代行政权的特点,分析了对行政权进行控制的必要性,同时就行政权控制的途径进行了有益探索,提出了一些建设性意见。

with the deepening of the reform of our country, the main body of the administrative participate the social affairs continues to expand in the breadth and depth. the expansion of administrative power has become an indisputable fact. It is an urgent problem to control the administrative power to prevent the abuse of administrative power, protect the rights of citizens, and reduce the breeding of corruption. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the modern executive power, analyzes the necessity of controlling the administrative power, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on the way of the control of the executive power.
