摘要
本文通过对美、德、日、韩四国的国际科技合作特点以及优势领域分析,总结其国际科技合作的成功经验与政策,并提出中国促进国际科技合作的对策与建议。
Based on the characteristics and advantages of international scientific and technological cooperation of the United States, Germany,Japan, Korea, the paper summarizes their successful experiences and policies of international scientific and technological cooperation, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote international scientific cooperation of China.
