过剩产能是加工制造业发展过程中的不健康表现。目的是从不同角度探讨中国化工过剩产能的经济社会背景。很多专家对此问题提出过他们的观点,作者诚恳希望文中观点有助于消减化工过剩产能问题的研究。

Excess capacity is detrimental to the healthy development of processing sectors. This paper is aimed to approach the social and economic background of the excess capacity of China＇s chemical industry from different angles. Many professional experts have put forward their ideas on this subject and the author of this paper sincerely wish that my opinion is helpful for finding the solution of minimizing excess chemical capacity.
