织机无线监控管理系统的研发

Research and Development of Loom Wireless Monitored and Management System

针对纺织企业生产信息化、数字化和网络化发展需要,为实现对织机的实时监控管理,采用单片机、无线通讯和数据库技术研发了用于各种剑杆织机的、集监控和管理为一体的实时信息监控管理系统。通过数据采集终端和无线发射模块对织机的信息进行实时采集和传输,服务器端实现对织机的状态、产量、效率等信息的统计分析,在监控中心进行人机界面展示。阐述了系统结构、数据采集终端硬件和软件的设计实现,系统功能模块、数据库设计等;实现了对织机生产信息的实时跟踪和统计分析,可提高纺织企业的生产效率和管理水平,为企业生产计划提供科学指导。

According to the need of manufacturing informatization, digitalization and network development in textile enterprises, and in order to realize the real-time monitoring and management on the loom, one of the real-time monitoring and management infor- marion systems using micro-controller technology, wireless communication technology and database technology was developed. By da- ta acquisition terminal and a radio transmitter module, the real time looms information collection and transmission was obtained con- cluding loom state, productivity and efficiency. The system structure, the design and implementation of data acquisition terminal hardware and software, system function modules and database design were detailed. Real time tracking and statistical analysis of pro- duction information of loom was realized. It improved production efficiency and management of textile enterprises, and provided scien- tific instruction for the production plan of enterprises.
